This is not the first, or second or third time that’s wronged my order. I’ve gotten to the point where I yell into the mic to make sure they hear my order because it’s a constant thing. I ask for TWO “DOUBLE BEEF BURRITOS” and every time I think they’ve heard me, I get two CHEEZY BEAN AND RICE BURRITOS, the two don’t sound the same. But I have extreme disliking to beans(especially refried) but this location insist on giving me the wrong food everytime.

The food was good and exactly what we ordered. The reason for the 4 stars is because we ate inside and it was pretty dirty. It looked like homeless people had been eating there and left food and trash all over the tables and seats. I know that’s not entirely the staff’s fault, but it’s still not something I enjoy seeing while trying to eat. It was kind of gross. Overall, good food and accurate order, just wish the dining area had been cleaner.

I waited 30 min and they just ignore you standing at the counter. Someone came and asked me what I needed looked up something then went back to helping the drive thru. Serenity now. Okay update I finally got help i accidentally ordered at a Taco Bell 8 miles away one I have never been to this is the one I always order at very strange. They would not honor it or help me in anyway just walked off went back to work I had to reorder and repay.
