  I went in on Wednesday and had the most pleasant experience. The store was spotless, and the two employees that helped me were excellent! Melissa who helped me set up a rewards account and Maurilio who made my sandwich! Delicious sandwich, amazing customer service and all around a pleasant visit. I will be coming back!!

  Staff members very rude.They always treat customers really bad. Every time that you go you see the how people are really upset because the staffing member are with bad attitude.

  Stopped by Subway for lunch and everything was great. Our sandwiches were fresh and made just the way we ordered, the chips were crunchy, and the cookies were soft and delicious. It was a quick, easy, and really satisfying meal — perfect for lunch. Definitely a 5-star visit! 🥪🍪✨

  I visited this location twice on consecutive days and was very disappointed with the customer service. My first visit was on January 10th in the afternoon for lunch with my son. The staff member who assisted us (I believe her name is Martha) was extremely rude, not only to us but also to customers who ordered after us. Although the behavior was unpleasant, I assumed she may have been having a bad day and chose to move on. Unfortunately, the second visit was worse. I returned the next day with my son and his coach. While we were waiting in line, the customers ahead of us took a few extra seconds to place their order, and the same staff member began yelling and using inappropriate language toward them. When it was our turn, there was confusion during the ordering process. Instead of calmly clarifying, she again used offensive language toward me. The situation was so uncomfortable that my son’s coach had to ask her to be respectful. I have never experienced this type of behavior at any other location. Additionally, on both days, the restroom was locked. I usually associate this brand with good customer service, which made this experience especially disappointing.
