The onion rings were soggy, as if they'd been cooked and bagged for a long time and the steam made them lose their crispiness. This is my fourth and FINAL visit to this location, as it appears that the management here doesn't care about providing good service or good food. I will drive to Custer Road from now on -- that location is consistently good.

From the moment I ordered I felt like my order would be wrong, I ordered a diet cranberry limeade. They repeated my order back to me without saying diet. I clarified diet. They said yes diet cranberry limeade. The screen was broken at my stall What I got 5 minutes later was tap water with cranberry syrup. It tasted like cranberry juice. No gas and no limes. Definitely not a diet drink. My receipt said cranberry limeade. I went through the drive thru to try and get my drink corrected. I waited about 15 minutes and at the window the same man who took my order apologizes "sincerely". I ask for a regular diet limeade and he says of course. A female employee gives me a drink back that looks like the same cup with more water added to the top. Another drink with no soda water, cranberry syrup, and no limes. When I got home I tossed it into the sink and there were no limes or gas in my sonic limeade. A cranberry limeade I asked to remake. Something is really wrong at this location.
