Only problem was with the food, two of the steaks came rare, one might have genuinely been raw, when it was refired the kitchen and manager gave it to us at best medium. Both of those steaks were ordered medium rare, pretty disappointed in that regard. Was still very fun, the new york strips were good. Loved the server, saved the experience.

The chairs were crammed into the spacing was so tight that each seat was touching. We were finally moved to a larger table . We placed our drink order and appetizers were ordered. Our server, Brandon, cleared the used dishes and took orders for our main dishes. There was a long wait, but we expected this and no one complaining. We were getting concern regarding the time, it was 3:15. Our reservation was from 2:00 to 3:30 pm. When the food arrived two of the steaks were cold, the pat of butter wouldn’t melt., the bake potatoes were cold. Our son’s chicken fried steak was cold with cold gravy . My granddaughter received her French fries after she finished her steak. We were a large group, which is why we make the reservation three weeks ahead. We all arrived at 1:45 pm. We had our food boxed up to be reheated at home. We were done at 3:36 pm. The only good experience was Brandon. He checked on us, joked with our granddaughters. His services were excellent. The manager wasn’t helpful, he was short and rude.
