  I placed my order at 6:24 PM and still had not received it by 8:17 PM, so I called the store to check on it. I spoke with the manager on duty, who said his name was Trey (January 8). He told me he could not contact the driver until the driver returned to the store, and I never received a callback with an update. When I followed up, I was told the driver claimed they couldn’t find my building or apartment number—this is incorrect. Instead of resolving the issue, the manager argued with me about my address, stating that “APT #1112” is not the same as “11-12,” which makes no sense since they represent the same number. The conversation became argumentative and unprofessional. I was then told they could not remake my pizza and would only resend the same cold pizza through DoorDash, and shortly after that, I was told they couldn’t send it at all because DoorDash “couldn’t find my address.” I was also refused a refund and told there was nothing they could do. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing. The lack of communication, refusal to fix the issue, and rude attitude made this one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.

  I found hair in my pizza and noticed employees handling food with bare hands. When I called the store, the manager accused me of making a prank call, refused to help unless I returned the entire pizza, and hung up on me multiple times. Even after I went to the store to prove I was a real customer, he did not apologize and was disrespectful. Due to poor hygiene and unprofessional customer service, I will never order from this location again.

  Worst pizza hut pizza i ever had, that was not the normal ham, it was very greasy, the crust wasnt fluffy probably expired, the crew seemed nice but not happy to be there. The light wasnt on it looked dark aside from the interior lights.

  5/5 — Andrew is THAT guy at Pizza Hut I want to give a huge shoutout to Andrew, the shift manager at Pizza Hut. His customer service was seriously next-level. He helped me find a great deal on my order, walked me through the menu, and gave solid recommendations—all without rushing me at all. He made the whole process quick, easy, and actually enjoyable. Andrew definitely deserves recognition for how well he treats customers. Pizza Hut, y’all have a real one on your team.

  Long story short. Delivery driver left my food outside on the ground without knocking and lied about waiting 3 minutes outside of my door. Supposed store manager, who wouldn't provide his name, would only offer a store credit as if I would actually go back there. Then told me to dispute the charge. I ended up calling my bank to dispute it once I noticed a bug in the food. The bank said it's not disputable and I'm sure he knew that. Terrible service. Spend your money elsewhere. Just like the pervious reviewer, they robbed me of $40 too!
