But I’m making an exception because the service I received here was truly outstanding. Kennedy took care of my order, and I told her I wanted a beautiful pizza. She delivered exactly that. I promised her I’d write a review if she nailed it, so here I am keeping my word. The thin crust was perfectly crisp, the sauce was balanced and light, and the jalapeños had just the right amount of heat. Picture-perfect pizza and top-tier service. Thank you, Kennedy @ Pizza Hut — you’re the reason I’ll be back.

Staff keep telling me that order is in oven. I have no idea what kind of pizza you have to put in oven for more than hour. Finally I asked to cancel and he told me he doesn’t know how to do. I was so fed up I just left and now gonna dispute my charge. This is so bad. Basically took my money, waste my time and no service at all. Very unprofessional and very bad place. Someone please shut this place down.
