  I ordered a large pizza at 4:45 pm to be delivered at 6 pm as my grandchildren are here to decorate the Christmas tree! We were so excited for the evening! I received a message saying the pizza was sent to DoorDash and would not arrive until 7 pm. I called Papa John’s and spoke with the manager, Brittany. She was extremely RUDE and said “”You are not the only customer we have”. Customer service is TERRIBLE at this location. Why is this person a manager? Where I work, customer service is very important. Obviously it is not to Brittany. We will NOT be ordering from Papa John’s again. Her higher up manager should probably take this into account as business will be lost!😡

  Whoever this Brittany manager is, is the most UNPROFESSIONAL person I have ever heard. My mom ordered pizza through this location, it was suppose to have delivered at 6 pm. My mom got a notification at 6 pm, saying they were switching it to door dash pushing the delivery an hour back. They failed to inform us until the time it was SUPPOSED to be delivered. When my mom called Brittany to state her frustration, Brittany started arguing with her and eventually hung up on my mother— THE CUSTOMER. Unfortunately my mom called back and asked to speak to the manager but it was in fact Brittany. She again, was yelling at my mom being extremely rude. DO NOT order from the location if you want the same thing to happen to you!!!! I won’t get over this experience, as I have never encountered a manager yelling at a customer for asking why her order was delayed an hour. DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!!

  We’ve tried getting pizza from here maybe 5 times and each time the pizza is raw and arrives barely warm. We’ve even tried getting it “well done” for it to arrive slimy, sloppy, and limp.

  I’m a loyal customer to this Papa John’s location. It is the closest to my home but I never had a negative experience. Last night I placed a big order online w/ a discount included. When I went to pick it up and pay at the counter for some reason my discount code wasnt accepted! I was so disappointed and struggled to realize what happened. Steven was the kind associate at the register. He went out of his way to honor my discount code which made me very happy and relieved. I remain a loyal customer . They have some real good folks who care for their customers at the Virginia Pkwy location. Thanks!

  There was a time I bought pizza from this location multiple times a week; they had great drivers and good pizza. Unfortunately, now their pizza is delivered cold by DoorDash, with typically a long wait, and something is generally forgotten. Not sure how they’ll turn this around.
