- RGRandy GeyerNov 15, 20255.0For those that don’t know, Pappas bought OTB out of bankruptcy earlier this year. They revamped the menu and recipes. It’s essentially Pappsitos lite now. I had one of the best Tex-Mex meals tonight in a long time. The salsa and beef fajita meat tastes exactly like Pappasitos. Servings are smaller (and cheaper!) than Pappasitos, but every bit as tasty!

The fajita plate came out sizzling with jalapeño slices, which tasted good but the steam was like tear gas. The cilantro rice was also plain. Even with the new management, the food quality needs improvement before I’d consider coming back.

What happened to the Mexican theme they used to have with colors, heritage, animals, fun?...There's bike seats with metal connect to look like bulls on the wall, old nasty looking box spring with cheap lights, no color, no theme, blan food, and worst ICONIC salsa is gone...sad times I used to love this place...not to mention prices ...
