    Manager luis is very rude. Instead of fixing an inconvenience with my order, he started arguing with me. This location needs to retrain several of their employees. Have to learn how to take orders and how to fix issues on the spot.

    I know what you are thinking... Why a picture of my Iced Coffee - Because McDonald's doesn't play; Their coffee hits different. It's dark, delicious, and consistent... All the qualities I like. And trust me, I've been around the block when it comes to coffee, and I always find my way back to McDonalds. I LOVE this location btw (380 and Lake Forest). The staff is wonderful, and always on point. Dalia (sp?) was super sweet and I wish I could individually name all the staff and amazing managers here. Thank you for always starting my day off right :)

    I have gone to the store twice and they never attend to me, I spend a long time waiting to order my order in the car and nobody leaves.

    Kayden in the drive-thru was extremely personable. He will be going places simply due to the fact that is able to relate to his customers. He alone made the experience truly enjoyable. Well done, man.
