I’ve experienced multiple issues with missing items from the drive-thru at this location. This has happened more than once, which is concerning.
I understand that things can get busy, but order accuracy is a basic expectation — especially for a paid transaction. Repeated mistakes create inconvenience and frustration for customers.
Unfortunately, the store phone is consistently unanswered, which makes it difficult to resolve issues when they occur. That lack of accessibility only adds to the problem.
The one star reflects how disappointed I was — especially since I was really craving that Filet-O-Fish. Apparently this location has gotten me five times already 🙂

I simply asked for 6pc chicken nuggets and a large fry and no one could get it right at the drive-thru I finally went up to the last window and the manager has a horrible attitude and started arguing with me. Not sure if it was because of the color of my skin

Manager luis is very rude. Instead of fixing an inconvenience with my order, he started arguing with me. This location needs to retrain several of their employees. Have to learn how to take orders and how to fix issues on the spot.
