  These guys are idiots!!!!!!!!! I ordered 3 micgriddles with bacon and they gave me a McGriddle with no sausage JUST BACKON NO CHEESE NO NOTHING JUST ONE SLICE OF BACON!!!!!!! These guys mess up so many order and are so understaffed I can’t stand these guys I want to say so many things right now!!!!

  This is really the worst setup of McDonald's I have ever seen. We went in for a quick bite and we waited more than 15 minutes for our food sitting in the lobby. That was after figuring out how to order while half the order kiosk are out of order and no one at the counter. As we say and waited, the lobby filled with people waiting for their orders, waiting to ask a question with no one at the counter. There is no where to refill your drink and no one to help you.

  Not surprised why I now read there is only a 2.7 star rating on this location The super poor costumer service reflects from the lower to the highest position in their Staff, talking to upper management is a waste of time, calling corporate will not help either, be ready to loose your money or rewards because there is no way you will find a fair solution to a problem. Instead you will hear all kinds of contradictions that you will find insulting while trying to clarify anything. You want to fix the problem, go away before you waste time and energy other than money or rewards

  I visited this location on Veterans Day to pick up a meal for my parents, both of whom are veterans and currently battling cancer. I had their valid military IDs with me, but I was told I could not pick up the meals for them because they were not physically present. My parents are too ill to leave the house, which is why I came on their behalf. The staff manager Vladimir showed no empathy, no willingness to understand the situation, and no effort to find a reasonable solution. I also spoke to another manager on duty who did not take my complaint seriously when all that was needed was for him to coach his employees at that point because I clearly lost interest in getting food after the way I was being treated. This was especially disappointing on a day meant to honor those who have served. Policies are one thing, but basic compassion and respect for people who served our country should never be optional. This experience was disheartening and extremely disrespectful to my parents and to veterans in general. I hope this location reviews its approach to customer service and learns how to better honor the people this holiday is supposed to support.

  Simple order but they omitted a sandwich and fries. Asked me to pull out out of line to wait but then forgot me. Absolute chaos in the kitchen with just a few drive through patrons waiting...
