No greeting, no courtesy, just attitude. The whole place felt disorganized and unprofessional. If this is the level of customer service they’re comfortable with, management seriously needs to step in. I won’t be coming back.

In the past we opted to travel a little further to this location instead of the Eldorado/Custer restaurant because of the food quality and consistency. Today's visit will likely be the last. Instead of parking the drive thru car (2 ahead of me), you made us all wait which resulted in our food sitting there while we waited. I know this is true because when we moved up in line, you immediately handed the the food out to the car in front of me and same for me when i got to the window. When getting home the nuggets were old and hard. I ordered NO salt on our fries and both orders had salt. One including my sons Happy Meal. His burger was plain and I ordered it with ketchup and pickles only. My value meal burger had a tomatoe, lettuce and mayo on the outside of the bun. Lastly I didn't receive the correct condiments. That said we are really looking forward to the opening of the newest location on Virginia/Custer. ... Unfortunately we will not longer support this location and spend our hard earned money on inconsistent quality of food and services. (I chose NOT to include photos as I don't think that will even help improve anything here)
