There were homeless individuals and people who appeared to be under the influence inside the children’s area. One man had an entire Pizza Hut book spread across the table, while another man was visibly coming down from a high. At one point, a knife was even pulled out — something I didn’t notice unttil nother person made eye contact with me to alert me. This environment did not feel safe for children at all. Management should be monitoring who is allowed in family/kids spaces and ensuring it remains secure. Due to this experience, I will not be returning.
