They take your reward code, my app even showed it was redeemed, but then they told me it “didn’t go through.” When I questioned it, the guy at the window blamed the owner and said it’s the owner’s fault this keeps happening. This is exactly what happened to me this morning.

Apart from those who deliver your order, they ask you what their order is, they are supposed to have a list as the customers ask, what is the order of each one.... Thank you for your attention. I hope you improve the treatment since people most likely won’t come to consume .
