  The service is horrible, and the people working are dishonest. They charge you for their mistakes and get the orders wrong.

  Time I place an order through the app and I go and get it. They tell me they don't have it and then I'm ordering too late. Order to breakfast at 10:30. Went to get it. They told me they couldn't make it cuz they stop making breakfast at 11:00.

  I am a regular costumer at this location, most morning mgrs and staff know me by face. I always order a senior coffee. Lately, the app hasn't been working to redeem my beverage at the discount price. It is really inconvenient. I appreciate the staff honors my code when its not working properly.

  This might genuinely be one of the worst McDonald's locations I've ordered at and even if I were to be refunded I still wouldn't be satisfied. At exactly 8:44 PM I put in an order for a Bacon Double Quarter Pounder, a large fry, and a large sprite from this location to 1701 N Church St. Alright, everything's fine so far, so what's the issue?? It's when the order arrives and the raw meat which was masked by a little bit of browning presented itself. At first I assumed it was a little. Only to open the burgers insides and see a raw meat patty that could barely be considered cooked. And the worst part is the fact that this order wasn't even an order intended for me to eat but a loved one, so it just makes the matter that much more infuriating for me. Not to mention when I tried calling up to the location to ask what was going on the phone rung ceaselessly but no one ever picked up. I genuinely would not risk wasting money nor your health at this location.

  This is one of the worst McDonald’s locations I’ve visited. I was asked to pull forward and park during the drive-thru. When my order was brought out, the employee handed me a broken bag, which caused all the fries to spill inside my car. When I pointed this out, the employee told me that if I wanted new fries, I would have to reorder and pay again, even though the issue was clearly not my fault. I asked to speak with a manager and the situation got worse. The manager still required me to pay for additional fries, took no responsibility for the mistake and then told me that if I didn’t want to move and park when instructed in the drive-thru, I could either get my order refund or they would call the police. That response was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. There are many McDonald’s locations in McKinney with much better customer service. This one stands out in a bad way. On top of everything, they never add salt to the fries, which seems minor, but it’s a consistent issue. I will not be returning to this location.
