  I called the McKinney store to ask them if they have the number for the Melissa Jimmy Johns, since the number is not listed on internet. I needed to call them because they gave me the wrong order and didn't give me a receipt. When I called the McKinney store, a girl named Bri told the girl who answered that I can look it up myself. I asked the girl what that lady's name was and she told me Bri. I called back and asked for the manager and she said she was the manager, I asked her what her name was and she told me I don't need to know her name. I said I would like to make a complaint on a worker named Bri who was very rude to me. She said she was Bri. I told her I didn't appreciate her rude comment and she said she hung up on me. Totally unacceptable.

  Avoid this place! Numerous messed up orders, complained multiple times. Last time, spoke to manager after order was completely wrecked and she tried telling me that the $3 I paid for cheese to be added to a sandwich “couldn’t be seen because it was toasted.” No lie, they have invisible cheese now. Burnt bacon on BLT, sandwiches toasted with veggies on resulting in a hot soggy mess, wrong or absent items in almost every order. Complained to Corporate and Franchise, haven’t heard back. But, aggressive mgr on phone invited me to come up there so we could “handle it.” This place is a trainwreck.

  I wish they would still play the Jimmy John’s radio or whatever they call it because anytime I come here and Ayden is the manager on duty he is playing the worst music I’ve ever heard in my life and it’s always so loud. I’m forced to eat my meal outside due to how bad the music is. I was eating here with my daughter and he was playing some explicit rap music I had to cover her ears as we waited for our food. The food is good however no complaints there just the awful music selection like seriously man Imagine Dragons
