  Best HEB!it's a fresh and huge grocery store.My favorite spot for indoor and outdoor plants-they have a great selection!the prices are very affordable and fair.

  HEB McKinney is hands down one of the best grocery stores we’ve ever visited! The store is always clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with fresh produce, high-quality meats, and a wide variety of products. The fruits and vegetables are incredibly fresh, and the bakery and deli sections are excellent. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and welcoming—they truly make the shopping experience pleasant. The checkout process is smooth and efficient, even during busy hours. We also love the variety of international items available, which makes it easy to find everything we need in one place. Overall, HEB McKinney provides an exceptional shopping experience. Highly recommended for quality, cleanliness, and outstanding customer service!

  Came up here at 6pm to pick up aged steaks ready to spend hundreds of dollars on them for my family to celebrate valentine's for the idiot at the butcher shop area no one here to cut age steaks should have come earlier very rude asked for his manager got ignored worst service ever won't be coming back

  I am so disgusted with the check out process. Last month, I had 10 items in an Express 15 item or less lane. The cashier snapped at me and questioned if I had more than 15 items because she couldn’t see my cart. I was helping her bag because I was so flustered with her attitude that I just wanted to get out of there. In the process of trying to bag and pay at the same time, I hit my head hard on the cigarette case above the area. The comment was, “Oh, that happens all the time.” I had a large bump on my head and a migraine for a day and a half. Lost a day of work because I had to keep ice on it and lay in a dark room. Today when I was ready to check out, I was looking for the best lane to go in. The employee directing the lines told me to go in an express 15 item or less lane. I told her there was someone already in line with well over 25 items, but she just shrugged her shoulders as if saying, “Oh well.” I ended up doing self checkout and got out before the person with the full cart was finished ringing up his purchase. I like HEB and the products, but the check out is ridiculous. I know it seems petty, but if there are signs for a certain amount of items, either stick to the rule or take the signs down. I am so frustrated that I really don’t ever want to go back again. I will go elsewhere.

  Love this store SO much and I usually do curbside. If you have 15 items or less checkouts, ENFORCE IT. The few times I come in to the store it's for a couple items to fill in. Every time there is someone with a whole cart stacked on the belt. Enforce it. Maybe things are done differently in other parts of the world, but in Texas, we respect fellow shoppers.
