He said, ‘Didn’t you order the All-Nighter on a jalapeño cheddar bagel?!’ in a confrontational tone, even though the bagel I was holding in front of him was clearly not what I ordered. Mistakes happen, but the attitude and lack of basic customer service made the situation worse. I expected better.

It's not free; I already paid. I live 20 minutes away, so it’s a significant inconvenience for me and family. I asked if they could give me a gift card to help compensate. The answer was no. Frustrating experience with insincere apology. Normally, service is good.
