  Came 20 minutes before closing wanted a Nighter was told they didn’t have any more regular eggs but did offer egg whites which I didn’t mind. Karen did add a discount to my order for the inconvenience which I appreciated. Great sandwich and great service , will be coming back.

  Usually have such a good experience here! The guy working was super sweet but the girl with her airpods in needs a serious attitude adjustment. Started stacking chairs to all of the tables an hour before close and picked up a chair i was about to sit in and put it away. Just rude and clearly in a rush to get home

  Every time I've gotten food here, it's been a win for me! Couldn't be more appreciative of the kind service from the staff! Especially the manager, Chris! Who is always quick to greet and smile at any person who walks in!

  I placed an order through UberEats on November 7th at this Einstein Bagel location with the intention of using it for breakfast on November 9th. When I opened the order (half a dozen bagels) today (11/9), I found that the bagels had not been sliced as requested, and the wrong schmear was provided (someone in my family has almond allergy). The shmear that came with it was immediately placed in the fridge by another family member at the time of arrival so I didn’t see it until today (11/9). I called the restaurant to address the issue. The first employee I spoke with stated that my call was “breaking up,” although I could hear her clearly. When I asked to speak with a supervisor numerous times, it was initially being brushed off, until I finally got one but at that point my annoyance was already high. The supervisor I spoke with was dismissive and focused on the fact that I was reporting the issue two days later rather than addressing the concern itself. I explained that I had not opened the order until the day I needed it, but the conversation became increasingly unproductive. As a customer, I expect accuracy in fulfilling orders and professionalism when resolving issues. Mistakes happen, but the lack of accountability or an apology from the supervisor was disappointing and did not reflect good customer service or leadership. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location. The service I received lacked attention to detail, courtesy, and willingness to assist a customer with a valid concern. If I have all the time in the world, I would not be ordering via UberEats. It’s very important that restaurants fulfilling the order through the delivery platform has to do it with efficiency and correctly as it can impact a plan for that person.   ATTENTION PLEASE! OFFICIALLY REPORTED. Einstein Bagels in 4040 West University Dr, McKinney, TX - Reckless and unhygienic staff, noticed bagel fell on floor was used for another customer. - burn bagel cover up with cheese or cream and cheat people. Who were in hurry and hungry eats without noticing it. - miss order, wrong order, if we report, owner gives unprofessional and ruthless response. Dumb about CUSTOMER SERVICE. Gave back taste of his own behavior. Great Brand being spoiled by WRONG FRANCHISE.
