    SKIP THIS LOCATION. They are way chintzy on the smear. When you get home its too late to complain about it and you will be mad! If you are there and want your bagel SCHMEARed correctly they want to charge you an additional fee. Like most people reading this, I've been indulging in the occasional bagel for quite a few years. Since I don't get a bagel all that often I want it to be good. I like the sesame with veggie, not toasted to make sure my bagel isn't hard or burned. When you pull the halves apart there should be about a quarter inch of schmear between them with a dollop in the center. You know what I'm talking about. These guys scrape it on so thin there's hardly anything holding the halves together. Don't give up on Einstein's! The other locations don't have this (greed?) problem and I've found that Einstein has the best in town. ---->> AVOID THE CUSTER (McKinney) LOCATION To the owner: Don't bother responding with your lip service. I've read your responses to other customers reviews on this topic and I know you will not do anything to correct this.

    Come here all the time…excellent food, excellent service, excellent location. Love the manager a lot, very warm and friendly. Will always be a regular here!
