  Just stood there for 15 minutes waiting for someone to help me, straight up ignored me, so I said something and still got ignored, then another person walks in cuts in line in front of me gets helped immediately, so I try to ask for help again after she leaves and still get ignored. I'll never go there again. Absolutely ridiculous, my order was sitting on the back counter the entire time.

  So first let’s start up with. I’ve never been to this location before, but I have been to other Einstein locations. I ordered online through the app and I accidentally clicked the wrong store. Even though it was out of my way, it wasn’t so far out of my way that I couldn’t go there to pick up before I was supposed to be at work. This location was in a target shopping center and although I was familiar with where target was, I didn’t know where any of the surrounding stores were. I turn on waves to help me find this place and it took me about 10 minutes. The reason it took me 10 minutes is because the store didn’t have their exterior lights on. There was no sign no nothing. Until I finally round a corner where there are interior lights on, but no lit sign. I go in to get my order and the girl that is there literally comes to the counter and basically says what do you want cause I didn’t hear anything come out of her mouth. She was just staring at me like you’re in my Way. If you want people to find you turn your stinking lights on when I explain to the girl behind the counter that it was very hard to find them because their lights were off. She literally looked at me above her eyebrows and said the lights go off at 6 AM… OK well dammit it’s still dark outside at 6 AM so why are your lights off. I told her I had an order for Wendii and she literally went walked over and grabbed the bag and slid it across the counter at me. Brunette, gray hoodie, sorry, honey, but your customer service skills suck. I will not go back to the store. It has not earned any kind of award or outstanding review. If you want people to find you, you want people to know where you’re at specially at the hustle and bustle time in the morning. Turn your stinking lights on and get somebody at the counter that actually wants a job.
