When I arrived my drink was not ready. I asked why it wasn’t ready and was told they had a line. I then inquired if the drink is not going to be ready at the time stated why would that time be provided, the girl just stared at me and turned around without answering. I don’t understand why people who are in line, who weren’t promised a drink at a certain time, take priority. I stared in the window as two people made drinks and 1 person stocked cups. I then overheard the girl complaining to another worker about me. It took almost 15 minutes after my stated time to finally receive my drink.

Never had an issue. The picture attached is what I got today. I asked if seriously that was all the coffee I was getting and they said yes. If you want more is an extra charge. What a freaking ripoff and disappointment. I got half a cup of coffee for a SMALL can’t imagine what the actual coffee amount is on the large ones.

For the 2nd time, I showed up at my pickup time and was told it wld be another 5 minutes. At that point, I might as well go through the drive-thru because it would be faster. This clearly isn’t a one-off — they need to get more consistent with online orders.

That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
