This morning I walked up to the front door and it was locked. I stood there by the door and the crew would look over but didn't acknowledge me. I tried calling the store to see if they could unlock the door but they didn't answer as they were helping customers in the drive through so they were clearly open. I couldn't wait any longer because I had to walk back to work. As I was walking back to work I called again and then after a few rings, they finally answered.

I accidentally ordered from this store instead of the one on Virginia. I won't make that mistake again. How can this store be so bad for so long. The last time I ordered from them a year or more ago it was the same lousy service and not getting the items I paid for and not answering the phone.
