I accidentally ordered from this store instead of the one on Virginia. I won't make that mistake again. How can this store be so bad for so long. The last time I ordered from them a year or more ago it was the same lousy service and not getting the items I paid for and not answering the phone.

I've had to go back in multiple times to get them to actually cook the kolaches because they were served FROZEN. They seem to be microwaving frozen food instead of properly cooking it so the bun is hot but the sausage is full of ice crystals from being frozen still. They're either not thawing food properly or not cooking it properly or both.

The drive thru is quick and order has been prepared with care. The staff is nice and provides best service to customers. There’s plenty parking outside.
