  The African American waitress who works there on Friday mornings was very rude at the register while taking my order and then literally shoved my food in front of me without saying thanks or have a good day or anything. What did I do to deserve this treatment by Dunkin’ Donuts?

  Hi, come to this location just to see davanisha She is so sweet and nice Great customer service and we always have good conversations. She starts my day off well when I head to work.

  Let me just say — if you ever need a pick-me-up (both caffeinated and emotional), the Dunkin’ inside Walmart is the place to be. Jaz, Elle, Patty, Keymar, and Dani are basically the Avengers of customer service. Friendly? Always. Helpful? Like your favorite aunt who knows exactly what you want before you do. Their drink recommendation game? Chef’s kiss — I now trust them more than I trust myself. They manage to serve a steady stream of caffeine-deprived customers with a smile and patience, and somehow still remember who likes extra caramel and who wants no ice. Honestly, they deserve medals... or at least a lifetime supply of donuts. Now — on to the newest recruit. She was wearing a hoodie and giving off serious “I’d rather be anywhere else” vibes. If eye rolls were a sport, she’d be headed to the Olympics. I get it — everyone has off days, but a little more pep and a little less attitude would go a long way when someone’s just asking about a drink. Especially when the rest of the crew is setting the bar so high they need a ladder to reach it. Still, I’m a loyal customer because of the amazing OG team. Dunkin’ is lucky to have them, and I’ll keep coming back as long as they’re running the show (and recommending me new drinks).
