  We were so hungry forgot to take pictures before we started eating. Steak was cut so nicely and was delicious. As usual the chips are stale tasting but still good!

  Recently visited this location. I was very disappointed about the quality of food served here. Ordered Chicken bowl with white rice. Rice was not cooked properly. I could still feel uncooked core. Quality of chicken was also not as good as what I would normally get from other locations. It was a disappointing experience!

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle and want to warn other customers (especially parents). Last night, 12/17/25, I ordered a kids quesadilla meal through the app for my child. The drive-thru line was severely backed up, with a wait of well over 20 minutes. Many customers ahead of and behind me left the line to park and go inside to retrieve their orders. I remained in the drive-through and waited even as my child became increasingly frustrated. When it was finally our turn at first I was handed someone else's order. Waited some more and when we received our food and took it home the quality was unacceptable. The meal contained very hard pieces (I don't believe they were rice), which caused my daughter to choke while eating. Additionally, the chicken and beans were far too spicy for a kids meal. My daughter barely ate any of the food, and to make things worse she became sick and vomited in the middle of the night. As a parent, this experience was alarming and made me worry that Chipotle may be reverting to practices that compromise food quality and safety. A kids meal should be mild, safe, and properly prepared. Unfortunately, despite being newer, this location failed to meet even basic expectations. I'm sharing this so other customers, especially parents can make an informed decision before ordering for themselves or their children.

  Terrible experience. I waited in line for 30 minutes on BOGO Saturday, only to get to the register and be told my entrées were not eligible. The frustrating part? The exact same order at this same location was BOGO just one week ago. I went back and waited in line again to change my entrée to one that was supposedly eligible—yet there was no signage, menu note, or explanation anywhere showing what qualified for the BOGO deal. Nothing was clearly defined or communicated. When I asked the manager for help, I was told there was nothing he could do. No attempt to resolve the issue, no apology—just a dismissive “Merry Christmas.” Merry Christmas? That felt more like “Sorry, no gift—here’s some coal.” The lack of transparency and customer service was disappointing. Based on this experience, I’ll be boycotting this location.
