  One of the worst chipotle locations. I would never recommend this . They always in short of Guacomole or something . Staff is never friendly . Especially the cashier guy treats us as some alien and behaves irresponsibly. I always prefer a different location over this one . Can’t even give 1 rating . Not worth . The rice I got was undercooked today . Not making fresh items unlike other franchises

  I placed a pickup order with Chipotle and was really disappointed with the experience. My order was delayed by nearly 40 minutes, which completely defeated the purpose of ordering ahead. When I finally received the food, the packaging was leaking, and the items were a mess inside the bag. It was clear the staff was not prepared to handle the customer volume, and the overall service felt disorganized. For a simple pickup order, I expected better efficiency and care. Definitely hoping they improve their timing and packaging quality.

  I recently went to Chipotle for a quick meal after a long day. I ordered a carnitas burrito, what I received was a rice and beans burrito for $12. I emailed customer service because the phone wouldn't connect me to the store and got no response. I also tried to upload a picture of my rice and bean burrito but the file was too large for Chipotle customer service. $46 down the drain. Never again, Chipotle.

  Excellent Customer service from Shawn at this location, I hope he is a manager because he definitely knows how to treat the customers! It's literally hard to find good customer service at fast casual restaurants these days. Thanks Shawn for representing Chipotle 110% 🙌

  It was a little later in the evening when we visited but if you can’t provide the same level of service during all hours of operation then maybe the hours of operation should change. When we walked up to the store front, there were several young men blaring their car stereos and free styling in the parking spaces right in front of the doors. When we walked in, the food bar was filthy and there were several young men behind the counter but only one person was preparing the food and working the register. Several of the workers made eye contact with us but did not acknowledge us or offer any help. What did it for us is when one of the employees loudly burped right in front of us. At that point we walked out and went to another Chipotle (in front of Kroger) where we got excellent service. We won’t ever be back. Management needs to be present as these workers can’t be left alone without losing business.
