When I asked if the portions could be adjusted to match normal standards, the staff responded unprofessionally and appeared to make fun of the request instead of resolving it. This is not about asking for extra food; it’s about receiving the reasonable portion that is advertised and normally provided. Combined with the dismissive attitude, the service was unacceptable. Management needs to address both the inconsistent portion sizes and the lack of basic customer respect. I will not be returning.
