On multiple occasions, the same employee at the drive-through window has come across as rude and disengaged, as if customer interaction was an inconvenience. This is concerning because the drive-through may be the only interaction some guests have with the brand. In a very competitive restaurant industry, consistent customer service — especially at key touchpoints — matters. I hope the corporate office can address this, as it detracts from an otherwise good experience at this location.

The quantity is compromised and the manager , cashier yells everytime , when I ask them something. This has to be brought to Chipotle Corporate attention . If you are not capable of running this , either change the franchise team or close the facility
