  This is the worst ran chipotle I’ve ever been to. Almost every time I come here they just don’t have stuff like no steak, no chicken, I’ve gone there and they haven’t had tortillas. Today there was no white rice sheesh. The service is good but the manager needs to be re assessed for real. The just have there staff deal with back-lash.

  I arrived 6:55pm the Fri after Thanksgiving. I just wanted some guacamole for some chips I bought. I really like Chipotle guacamole. There were a few people ahead of me. I could tell down to the last few scoops. I advised the young lady I wanted guacamole, I said I'll wait for you to put out a fresh one. Melissa whom I now know is a manager said this is all, there not making anymore. I said you're open a few more hours, you don't have anymore, said this is it. She started to speak in Spanish to the lady at the register, who backs her up and say there's no more. I said, please let me speak to your manager. The lady (Moeme) at the register say, she and Melissa are the managers. I said unbelievable and that I'm going to call the corporate. Moeme, then saud we won't put out anymore until the one they were scraping out of is gone. Y'all. They were giving the next 3 guest like barely a spoon full. Chipotle charges almost $3 for a scoop and those customers didn't get a good scoop. The guacamole was on it's last leg, it was no longer pretty green. A pale mush. They reluctantly brought out a pan, and said this is all we have. We all have seen how those pans of sour cream, salsa, and guacamole are filled to the rim. I bought it. If I get sick, I will know this the batch they give customers Melissa and Moeme don't like. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I don't ge it... why. All I asked for is fresh guacamole. I will be following up with corporate. This us the Chipotle on Craig St in Mckinney, next to Starbucks. In the Trader Joe's shopping center

  they were busy when we came and we were patient, although when it was time to create our bowls the young lady up front was rude and didnt even serve us the proper portions. im always understanding to fast food workers and i know they were super busy but that was genuinely the worst experience ive ever had in a fast food restaurant ever.

  Food cold Got a bowl and everything cold. But worse worse worse experience with the girl behind the counter rushed me the whole time. It was me and one other person who ordered before me. She put things i didn't ask for in my bowl because she wouldn't slow down and listen to my order. And then I paid she left my food close to the register Didn't say thank you I had to reach all the way over to get it. I love Chipotle eat it once a week atleast. Worse one ever

  I ordered a bowl from the Chipotle on Craig Ranch in McKinney (2811 Craig Dr), and the chicken I received was completely burnt. When I brought it to the front, the manager in the back, Melissa, made a slick comment saying “it’s not burnt” while I was speaking with the front counter employee. They did give me more chicken, but it was still burnt all I could taste was the burnt flavor. I wasn’t trying to cause a problem, but the way it was handled was unprofessional and disappointing. I hope this location takes better care with food quality and customer service.
