  I received an order that was completely WRONG. I asked for no cheese, I got feta cheese. Plus I can’t eat cheese. I also didn’t ask for olives and pickles. I asked for pita crisps, none added. This place always messes up my order and it’s completely unacceptable. I paid $25 dollars with delivery fees for an incorrect order. Order date and time: 3/1/26, 7:10pm.

  First time at this location as I stopped by to pick up lunch for my best friend who has a family member in the hospital up the street. The customer service was great with pickup, however part of my order was missing ingredients that I selected. There was no balsamic date vinaigrette and no sweet potatoes on 2 of the 3 dishes. The order for my friend had some red sauce drizzled on top which was not requested. Might want to be more careful as people may have an allergy to certain things and the person preparing it is not paying attention to what is on the label that’s printed out.

  Jaylen ♥️ makes all the difference in the world at this location! I came in feeling kind of down, and he completely lifted my spirits with his positive energy and high spirit. I’m so thankful I decided to come here. Not only did I enjoy my food, but the atmosphere was amazing too. It’s incredible to see someone with such strong presence and natural leadership. I’m not sure if he’s a manager or not, but he definitely should be! I see bright things ahead for this young man. I’m so glad I had the pleasure of meeting him.

  I want to give a special thank you to Jaylen at CAVA at the McKinney location, please forgive me if I spelled your name incorrectly. It was my first time visiting and I honestly had no idea what I was doing or what to order. Jaylen stepped in, gave thoughtful recommendations, explained the options, and never once made me feel rushed. That kind of patience and customer service stands out. The food was absolutely delicious and because of the experience he provided, I will definitely be back soon. Thank you again, Jaylen, for your kindness, professionalism, and generous service. You made my first visit a great one.😊

  Manager was super rude. They are super stingy with the portions. This is the first time I have ever had a bad experience at a Cava and I come to cava very often, but it was my first time at this location. I asked the manager why they don’t use the tongs and do the serving size like every other cava I been to does and I just got a rude answer. She gave me a nasty look on her face. This sort of service and management makes me never want to return to cava again.
