    Absolutely horrible! We ordered a boneless wings bundle meal for carry out and received an entirely different order. First off we waited for a while for the meal when it was supposed to be ready. A worker appeared but failed to notify other coworkers someone was there for a pickup order. No greetings, almost like we were invisible. Seemed like a bunch of kids working who could care less about their job. Very disappointing we didn’t notice order was wrong until we got all the way home and had to settle for some random meal that was no where near what we ordered. To top it off, it tasted poorly. We wasted gas and money for a disappointing meal.

    Such a nice place but the boneless chicken tenders were so hard I could not bite them. The french fries came out cold but were replaced with fresh. The meat of my meal was a disappointment 😞.

    Walked in around 4:30pm Monday 12-29-25 and I wasn't treated very well. I asked for a table for one. Was shrugged off said someone will. E with you in a little while. I used the restroom and then stood and waited a noone came and it wasn't very busy, so I left.

    We had a great experience at Buffalo Wild Wings in McKinney! Our server, Schenika, was absolutely amazing and so sweet — she really made our visit enjoyable and took great care of us from start to finish. The food was on point. The buffalo chicken dip was bomb, the burger and chicken sandwiches were delicious, and the tots and fries were cooked perfectly. Everything came out hot and tasted great. I had noticed some of the recent reviews weren’t very good, so I was a little hesitant, but I’m glad we gave it a chance. Maybe it’s a good thing we skipped the wings after seeing some comments about feathers, because the food we ordered was excellent and we had zero complaints. Great food, amazing service, and a really positive experience overall. We’ll definitely be back!
