  We waited 55 minutes for our order and it was placed HOURS in advance. We spent over $100 on this and had kids waiting in the car. This is truly unacceptable and very rude. The manager had nothing to say or update us in any way. The excuse was it’s Super Bowl Sunday. Yes, that’s why I ordered at noon today. This is such a bad way to conduct business and feels like there was no respect or regard for us as customers. This was so disappointing.

  3pm on a Tuesday. Was waiting 7 minutes at the front not a single person or host greeted me or sat me. Everyone jusr stared from a distance in the back. Really? This restaurant is trash. I just walked out. Never eating here again

  Terrible customer service and awareness. Stood at the front of the establishment for 5-10 minutes without any employee assistance. One employee came to the desk then avoided me. Several employees made eye contact from across the restaurant yet no one did anything. Finally the person that avoided me initially asked what the name was for the order.

  Went here before going to a sporting event in Allen, we arrived here at BWW an hour and half before our event to eat. It was a table of 4 and we were seated fast. But then, we waited and waited. Finally they took our order and we waited and waited. Once we finally got the food, one patron was given the wrong order. By the time we got that fixed and ate, we were 30 mins late to our event. I suggest somewhere else if you think you might be in a hurry somewhere. Food was decent, nothing special, staff was ok.

  Absolutely horrible! We ordered a boneless wings bundle meal for carry out and received an entirely different order. First off we waited for a while for the meal when it was supposed to be ready. A worker appeared but failed to notify other coworkers someone was there for a pickup order. No greetings, almost like we were invisible. Seemed like a bunch of kids working who could care less about their job. Very disappointing we didn’t notice order was wrong until we got all the way home and had to settle for some random meal that was no where near what we ordered. To top it off, it tasted poorly. We wasted gas and money for a disappointing meal.
