  We drove up to visit the new 7brew in McKinney. As we pulled into the parking lot with no line and a group of employees standing around waiting for customers we were told we had to back up , turn around and leave the parking lot to go around the building and come back around to be right where we were. The employees justification for this was to avoid blocking the people exiting the drive through. During this time 3 more cars pulled in behind us while no other cars had entered via the other entrance. I understand the traffic flow pattern they were suggesting would be ideal for high volume ,however with no other cars waiting in line, making me leave the premise just to come in from another direction was a waste of time and physically impossible once 3 more cars pulled in behind me. Because of this poor customer service, I will no longer being doing any future business with any 7 brew. See attached photo of the incident.

  i LOVE the coffee. however this is the second time i’ve had a bad service experience. they were doing false advertising with “free drinks” when we asked about it they said it had just ended. however when pulling in they still had their employees on the street advertising for it 5 minutes after. you’d they would have told them to stop way before hand but didn’t. so i feel betrayed and lied to. so really doesnt make sense to keep advertising for it if it had ended? love the coffee each time but need to work on service a little bit better.

  I was really excited about this after driving by on free coffee day. I had a delicious small drink. Yesterday, I went through the drive through where there were A LOT of employees inside and out. I asked if the cinnamon roll could be made sugar free, and they said yes. I asked for almond milk with the drink and it was repeated back to me. The drink came almost completely white in color. I thought something seemed off but it was my first time other than free coffee day. Upon taking a sip, I would say it was a good 75% half and half. The drink comes breve but I asked for almond milk. Even if I ordered it as it came, this was an undrinkable amount of half and half. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get myself to drink it even though I really needed the caffeine that day. It was almost 8 dollars for a large, which is unfortunate to spend on an undrinkable coffee. I was unable to go back to ask them to remake it since I was headed the other direction. To management - it would go a long way to respond to reviews other than the positive ones. I see a lot of people having a similar experience. Having an email to contact to refund or remedy the situation would give customers an opportunity to try this very popular coffee shop again instead of writing it off in the first couple weeks of business. I hope things turn around for this shop.

  I stopped by here at 5:33 AM the day after Christmas wanting some coffee. There were people inside, there were some girls outside at the exit of the drive-through, but the drive-through was coned off at the entrance so I couldn’t stop to get some, too bad for me. I came by the next day and they were actually open unfortunately, the Blondie that I ordered tasted like sweet iced milk. Just went by again for the third time at 5:31 in the morning, still have cones blocking off the drive-through lanes. They seem to have a problem getting somebody to move those cones in the morning, or maybe they would rather wait and miss the early business at opening time. So I came by here on January 2 5:32 AM. They actually had the cones taken out so I was able to join the drive-through today. The problem was they basically just ignored me when I pulled up. The girls were talking to each other about quarters or something like that when I eventually asked them if they were going to take my order they told me that the drawer had not been entered yet so she could not take any orders. She went back to ignoring me so I just left ,once again no coffee , thanks 7 brew.

  Honestly, not a fan from just one coffee I've purchased. I went here on a whim because I was falling asleep at the wheel and needed something to wake me. I was looking for a nice sweetened coffee, preferably cold with ice. The menu states that you can get the classics iced or hot, so when I picked a cappuccino I was told I only could get it hot not cold. I also explained I didn't want too much bitterness and wanted something sweeter. The woman who helped me didn't know much, and I was holding up the line. The fact that there's two lines doesn't help for faster service. I waited about 8 minutes for my drink. About the same as a Starbucks. The drink totaled a little over 5 dollars for a small. If I hadn't added the foam, this drink would have tasted awful. It was very much watered down and not sweet at all. Edit to add: I did drink, and mixed the cold foam in the image provided.
