  Wow, ugh. You still have 2 more hours before closing, and nothing was restocked. Zero napkins, zero forks or spoons, no ice. No TP or soap in the bathrooms. And the clerk had to ask how to make change for cash! AND EVERYTHING WAS COLD! 😡

  Walked into a plume of smoke. Smelled like burnt plastic. Staff was busy cleaning, flipping over the tortilla press, and wouldn’t acknowledge us. Finally got our food ordered, Powerade has been out for days. Worker stated “ if it’s not working we don’t have any” wouldn’t even check. This location starts closing duties around 9pm, even though they close at 11? All the forks and straws are out on tables and that whole area for cutlery and straws is stripped down to nothing. All the forks are left in a red basket on a table, violating local health codes. Every night this happens. What other health codes are they not following?

  I literally just ordered, got home, was eating peacefully and as I was almost done I saw hair in my food?!?!?! My hair is blonde, I don’t have dark hair it’s disgusting. They also didn’t even fill my boyfriend’s plate because they were running out of food.

  Honestly, I felt ripped off ,not because of the price, but because of the poor quality of the food. We chose steak as the protein, and the quality was really bad it was very tough and lacked flavor. I’m not expecting filet mignon, but who knows what kind of meat they’re calling “steak.” I also didn’t ask them to add so much extra of the other ingredients there was so much that they had to use a double tortilla. Sometimes more doesn’t mean better. The burrito weighed more than 3 pounds, which is just excessive. Overall, everything else was fine, but I honestly do not recommend this establishment.

  The quality of the ingredients was great. But the people who are rolling the burritos had no idea how to roll the burritos. For some reason, and maybe it's because they were really busy. But it leaked all over their countertop, and when the lady wiped off the countertop, she put the thing she wiped within the trash, pushed the trash down, did not change her gloves, and wrapped another piece of foil around my burrito, absolutely disgusting and I'm really happy that my burrito was already wrapped in foil. But apparently it needed a lot of foil🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ if that burrito had been wrapped properly, it would have been so delicious.... Unfortunately, the restaurant itself was really dirty too, like their floors look like they only get light sweeps, but nobody mops, and you could see caked on dirt that had been there for who knows how long underneath the tables.... that was pretty sad to see... the bathrooms were oddly clean, though. So that was nice.
