- TLTroyell LEWIS4 days ago1.0The night manager on duty was unprofessional and displayed a rude, dismissive attitude throughout our visit. The staff also appeared to be poorly managed. Initially, we were informed that hard shell tacos were unavailable, which was disappointing. Additionally, when preparing my child’s meal, the portion served was noticeably insufficient, and the employee responded with an eye roll, which was inappropriate. To add to the experience, loud music was playing from behind the grill, making the environment feel chaotic and uncomfortable. Overall, the level of service and atmosphere did not meet expectations.
- SSShannon SeversonApr 8, 20261.0Closed early again. Arrived at 9:05 and the doors were locked. Thankfully there’s a Valerie’s Taco near by. I was able to get a burrito and be home by 9:35 still before Chipotle closes. Too bad they are one of the closest to my house and regularly close early. 😫

Don’t hold a promotional event and then kick people out prior to the time YOU set the event to end?? Mind you I was in the line prior to the cut off. This chipotle is so poorly ran it’s laughable

Even had to go here, they DONT answer the phone, even the customer service called while I was on hold and they wouldn’t answer. Their AI answering service is awful. It’s 2026, and I can’t get ahold of a live person!?!??
