  Don't ask them to fix their mistakes (which are consistent) for breakfast if it's after 10:30. They'd rather inconvenience the customer than inconvenience the kitchen. The manager is a smug condescending jerk who refuses to break "policy" in order to fix their own mistakes. Will never be back again. I would rather drive further than go to this location.

  This location is consistently the worst CFA I’ve ever been to. They get orders wrong all the time, terrible customer service and attitude when you ask them to fix it, and the chicken sometimes seems really chewy and stale. Just last week my drive thru order was a salad with nuggets and I got home and the salad was just lettuce, no meat on it at all. WHY CANT THEY EVER GET THE ORDERS RIGHT?! It happens probably 95% of the time we order here something is wrong. Also their refill policy is infuriating. If you go to eat outside at the outside tables they won’t let you come inside for a refill, even if it’s just a few mins later and you have ordered dine-in. No other locations do this. Seriously, just drive the extra few minutes to the amazing Gates of Prosper location and thank me later :)

  Stopped by this new location and I liked it. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. Service was a bit slow though, even with very less customers for a sandwich. Getting into the drive-thru is a puzzle. The whole shopping lot feels tight. It’s not the easiest to get in and out quickly.

  Waited 15 min for a to-go order (even though staff checked it off the tracking screen well before it was done). Got all the way home only to realize they’d forgotten 2 sandwiches. Staff seemed to lack leadership and to be missing the culture. “It’s my pleasure” is a vastly different sentiment than “pleasure” with a sarcastic smirk. Worth the drive past this one to hit either Lake Forest or Preston Rd location.

  I’m not sure what changed about their sausage recently, but I’ve just had the most disappointing sausage biscuit I’ve had from this chain. It was dry, thin and on a lukewarm biscuit. A part of me think it’s this location as this is the 2nd visit I’ve had food that wasn’t hot. Not just my sausage biscuit, but also my breakfast burrito. I’m okay with restaurants having “off” days, but I think this is my sign to choose a different location when considering the quality of food I want. At least the service was great as I tend to like to dine-in.
