  I had a great experience at CAVA in McKinney thanks to Brandy. She is incredibly active, attentive, and keeps things moving efficiently even during busy times. What really stood out was her excellent customer service—she was friendly, welcoming, and made sure every detail of the order was just right. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about customers having a positive experience. Definitely one of the best service experiences I’ve had.

  I will never be going to this location again. I asked for half chicken half beef and they put the meat in a sauce cup and then put it on the place. How disgraceful to be putting that tiny of portions and charging full price. Cannot justify that price. Do not come here. Try a different location.

  Would like to start this review by saying Cava in general is my favorite salad place and ingredient quality is always fresh and consistent. I go to one in Dallas close to my work weekly. Also, have been to the Cava at Custer/Eldorado many times these past few years. That being said……have been to this Cava location 3 times because it is on my way home from work and each experience has not been good. The last 2 times my salad has had wilted and soggy spinach and ingredients overall are not as fresh as other Cava locations. Also, the individual containers holding the different food items often have other food items spilled into them. Service: 2 neutral and 1 bad experience. Overall, rating service as neutral. Bottom Line: I will drive the extra distance to go to the Cava at Custer/Eldorado in the future!

  I had an amazing experience at CAVA! The food was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Every ingredient tasted high-quality, and there were so many great options to customize my meal exactly how I wanted it. The portions were generous, and everything from the grains to the proteins and toppings was delicious. What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and moved quickly while still paying attention to detail. They made sure my order was just right and created a really positive atmosphere. You can tell they genuinely care about the customer experience. Overall, CAVA exceeded my expectations. Great food, excellent service, and a place I’ll definitely keep coming back to. Highly recommend!

  The food here is excellent—no complaints there. But the service is flat-out unacceptable. The staff comes across as unprofessional, disengaged, and indifferent. There is zero sense of urgency or respect for customers. During my visit, one employee had earbuds in and was clearly more focused on their music than doing their job or acknowledging people standing right in front of them. That’s not just unprofessional—it’s disrespectful. It feels like the staff couldn’t care less whether customers are there or not. That kind of attitude completely drags down what would otherwise be a great place to eat. Management needs to step in and fix this immediately. Set a standard, enforce it, and hold your team accountable. Great food doesn’t excuse poor service, and right now, the service is a serious problem.
