  Get there for a to go order told 5-10 minutes wait at pick up time. OK, no big deal. 20 minutes after that I ask again and am told AGAIN 5-10 minute wait. At that point I just ask for a refund, the counter person then immediately disappears and comes back with my find. Why lie it wasn't ready?! Even then, wings aren't fully sauced and barely any fries in package. 2nd time this happened, we'll be going to wingstop across the parking lot from now on.

  I’ve only been here a few times and sat at the bar and the service has always been quick and friendly. I order the “Dirk Nowitzki” beer which is the one with a basketball player on it, I’m not from TX so I thought it was there beer honoring him lol it’s not. Although it’s called the big German, might be. But anyway the service here really what makes the difference. People seem to enjoy it which makes a difference. Again, they are quick! Will always come back!

  I recently visited Buffalo Wild Wings with a friend, and while the food was okay, the service was very disappointing. Our waitress was not attentive at all—we didn’t receive any check-ins, and I had to wait the entire time without getting a refill. Due to the lack of service, we decided not to leave a tip. When I paid with my debit card, I mistakenly didn’t sign the receipt, which I take responsibility for, and I did mention this to the manager. I also made it clear that I was not trying to accuse the waitress of adding a tip. However, after getting home, I noticed I was charged an extra $8 beyond my total. I contacted the restaurant, but the manager said there was nothing they could do and advised me to call my bank. Thankfully, my bank resolved the issue. I’m not sure how the extra charge occurred, but combined with the poor service, it left a very negative impression. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. This has never happened to me in any restaurant before.btw.

  This is our go to place. Drinks and food are awesome. Except four times in less than 6 months they have run out of ginger beer. Sadly have to call and check status to see if we will go. Please work on keeping in stock. **Update 4/5. Ginger beer in stock!! Thank you!!!! Harmony is such a great bar tender. Friendly and makes great drinks.

  We went to Buffalo Wild Wings a few nights in a row because it's one of my kids' favorite places to eat. However, when we arrived on the last night we went, the experience wasn't something I expected. The place wasn't that full, but we stood at the podium to be seated for about 7-10 minutes. Then, once seated, we had to wait again before anyone even acknowledged us. The manager seemed passive as he walked by a few times and didn't say anything. Finally, our server, Yadira, came over and took our orders. I wasn't pleased at all with this experience and probably will not be returning.
