  So excited to be able to get som Bo'berry biscuits this far west so had to stop when we saw this location. Got our order to go and the food was as expected - YUMMY! The crew however could use some help! As we waited for our order and the amount of other customers having to request this and that, we could tell the crew didn't know up from down so checked our bag and sure enough - only half there. Had to as for the other half and the extra condiments that were specifically specified when we placed our order on the kiosk. We were handed our drink cups but the specialty tea was not available except from behind the counter so had to ask for that also. Hopefully this location gets it together sometime soon!

  Ordered a head on the app, order was accepted and paid for. Get to the restaurant and the lights to the dining room were off. No big deal I know some places will not open the dining room. Cones were blocking the drive thru but there were a couple of cars waiting at the screen. Made my way to the screen and sat there for a minute. Noticed an employee out by the cones, expecting they are open now. I sat at the screen to what felt like forever so I finally pull forward to the window where there are 3 young men standing there. One opens the window and says they are not open yet. I explain that I’ve did a mobile order and it accepted. Sign on the drive thru window says 5am. I placed my order at 6:27am. It is now 6:44am and I’m still setting in the parking lot waiting for my food. I’ve witnessed 20 or so cars pull in to the parking lot and leave. This is completely unsatisfactory! I drive by this location everyday and I’ve noticed the lights off before. This location will not last long. Finally pulling away without my food at 6:48

  Most disappointing visit at Bojangles yet… Have been to this location three times since they opened in hopes my experience would get better, but each visit has worsened. First time we waited 35 minutes in the drive thru which was understandable since they just opened and demand was high. Food came out fine. On the second visit I ordered ahead online and still had to wait 25 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready. Food still came out fine. For the third visit we waited 30 minutes in the drive thru which only had 4 or 5 cars ahead of us. When we finally pulled up to the window, they handed us our drinks and then ghosted us with the window shut for another 10 minutes. While we waited in the car at the window, we could smell something burning from inside the restaurant. Then when they handed us our food the burning smell grew. The fries and biscuit were fine but the chicken was totally inedible. The chicken looked normal however it smelled burnt and tasted like it was cooked in dirty oil. Wasted 40 minutes of our time in total and $25 just for the most disappointing meal in recent memory. Needless to say we will not be returning to this location for some time.

  Had 3 visits here since grand opening day. First time was on opening day, had to wait 1 hr for my online order, before finding out the online did not work and I had to re order. Another hour later got our food, and was missing items. Food was good for what we got, but the Bo'cookies were undercooked. 2nd visit still was a long wait in the drive through and once we got our food, found we were missing a whole meal out of our order and almost forgot our drinks until we reminded the staff at the window Third visit ..simple 2 meal order with bottle waters.. was quicker this time but got the sides for both meals, but one box of chicken with a biscuit was missing as well as silverware for the coldslaw (which was overly sweet for coldslaw). Over all expect part of your order to be missing or wrong if you get it at all. Expect to spend time here it is not "fast food". They will correct messed up orders....if your willing to wait in line to get it fixed...not sure how often I will go back.

  I waited in line for about 30 minutes thinking I was going to get some excellent chicken .... But that's not what happened! THIS IS A DINNER REVIEW The chicken isn't bad, so I do not want to tell you guys that is horrible It's just not for me. It tasted as if it had hot-chip dust sprinkled all over the chicken And it gave it this weird taste The mac and cheese, white people will love it however, black people are still going to go to their grandmama's house and get some of that good baked mac and cheese. If you like craft blue box, this is the place for you Lasting, they had what they're calling a strawberry cobbler, now, I've never heard those two words together before so it sparked my interest. Because the food wasn't as appetizing I figured the dessert had to be better than what I just experienced, but no that's not the case. The strawberry cobbler was them cutting the top piece of the biscuit and the bottom piece of the biscuit and only leave in the middle part and put in a bunch of strawberry topping on top of it .. I'm sure a white people will love that too which is not a problem .. I was hoping that had beet salad to be honest 🤷🏿‍♂️ All in all, I'll stick to the lakes in the river that I'm used to and this isn't one of them P.S. .. The water was good and a breakfast look fire
