Was told there were no bananas but that they could do it without them. So we said okay and ordered it. Got to the window and the lady acts like she has absolutely no idea what our order was, hands us the shake, and a little tub of ice cream. We told her this was supposed to be in a waffle cone, she responded with “well I can give you a cone..” we asked her to please put it in a waffle cone for us, and it was only one scoop. Our banana split was apparently not on our order anymore for some reason, so they had us pull around the front, where we had to give her our card and pay AGAIN while they get us the rest, and when we receive it, low and behold, there were bananas in it. Probably won’t be returning after that sh**show

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant.
