  No one came to drive thru

  Such a waste of a great location. How long does it take to fix the drive-thru speaker really? Saw a review over a month ago with same issue. I was the only person in the drive-thru, honked plenty of times, waited over 10 minutes, and still nothing. So drove to location at 3512 N 23rd, where I received speedy and great service, plus great food!

  Customer service is immaculate, this Subway seems to have the freshest veggies all the time. Employees seem to be friendly as well.

  this is regarding the location 3512 N. 23rd Mcallen TX location. We punched in an order at the Kiosk and moved to the window. We could see the person inside taking inside orders ahead of the drive thru orders. We decided to go to a different location and asked if it was the same ownership. The staff at the second location confirmed and mentioned that he hears this same complaint repeatedly about the first location. We will be contact the owner, Yogesh, to inform him of the poor service.

  Service too slow. I wait up tu 20 min in drive thru and like 10 mins to get my order. Speaker on drive thru it's not working. Food was fine, waiting time not so much.
