  Me and my sister walked to this location after school had ended, we got picked up later by my mother but the manager bought donuts and was so nice and warm hearted to share them with us and gave us fresh water, this place made my day 6:20pm 3/9/2026

  There's black stuff in the soda machine. Thay put way less meat than normal ,sprinkle alittle vegetables on it and the staff look dead thay need more sleep. Not coming back

  Let me start off by saying I do not eat subway or any sandwich place for that matter. I went in to get my wife a sandwich because she is not feeling well. I went in and waited for a while for maybe 5 min for someone to come help me. All I ordered was a sub for the day with cheese toasted with nothing in it and a broccoli soup. When I paid the girl told me $9.50. I was ok and tapped my card. I left and was waiting to drop off the food and nothing a text that i was charged $10.93. I thought that was strange because I heard $9.50. So i check the receipt and see that a tip was added. I usually do not care about this but I did not see an option to add a tip or anything, i just tapped the card. I called the store to talk to a manager and who ever they passed me to was no help. He was saying they have no option for that. He was saying i did it when I tapped my card. I said there was no option for tip. Told him how can i physically press buttons with the card. Seem to not care. Strange thing was that when i called he knew exactly who I was by my cap. He said that he can void the transaction but he would have to recharge me and i would have to go back. The issue is he said in a tone that it was only $1.43. His attitude made it seem like whats the big deal for a $1.43 your going to have to come back and re do everything. Felt like this was not the first time this had happened. Also not even sure he was a manager because i heard the girl in the background tell the guy they were asking for a manager and he just got the phone. Check before you pay

  My experience in this store was terrible! The service was horribly rude, it seems that I came to ask him for a gift, and to top it off he does not know the hygiene since he was working on shorts and gym sneakers.
