  Love fresh veggies, the smell of fresh baked bread, toasted melted cheese and the quickness of how my perfect sandwich is put together with my very own selected ingredients. I like how preparers in all Subways gladly accommodate you on your choices.

  Después de 20 minutos de espera, pedí 2 footlongs con el pan italian herbs and cheese y la persona que estaba atendiendo me dijo que no podía darme los 2 porque estaba dejando para los pedidos en línea, le dije que cual era la diferencia de dármelos a mí y dijo que no, me salí sin comprar nada.Muy mal servicio.

  I've only ordered from this location cause it's near my job. Both times I had the same unpleasant female worker. Her customer service is poor to put it nicely. She clearly needs more training in that along with making the sandwiches. She burnt my sub the first time so I told her to redo it. Didn't know making sandwiches is such a difficult task for some people.

  “I had a very disappointing experience at the Subway location in McAllen. In particular, one employee, named Rolando, displayed extremely poor customer service. He spoke harshly to coworkers, acted unprofessionally, and even allowed his hair to fall onto the food. This was unacceptable, and I hope the management addresses these concerns promptly.”
