  I ordered 12oz ribeye loaded and bake potato my wife ordered salmon plate so it took close to 20 minutes to finally receive our food and my wife’s food was fresh and hot But my steak 🥩 was cold not warm At all I didn’t know I could send it back so I just ate it the flavor was good but cold and wasn’t very pleasant the waitress wasn’t very attentive I had to catch her atttention by kind of raising my voice to catch her attention I saw the waitress tell the manager about my food being cold and nothing was done I thought maybe the meal would have been compt or at least discounted but I was charged full price for a meal that wasn’t good at all I was left with a bad taste in my mouth probably won’t go back 1st time to Saltgrass here in McAllen.

  Saltgrass and the McAllen location specifically is on a whole other level. We have visited this location several times across the years, and we always leave super satisfied with the food, service and atmosphere. Their sides are as good and the entrees. I highly recommend.
