  Ordered my food via the App waited for my order outside for 45 minutes! 3/29/26 8am elder Worker came out and even offered to give the food for free for the inconvenience but the woman in charge came out and rather than make good and give the food for free she asked for it back after giving a refund. The whole time I waited patiently parked curbside idling my vehicle, Using my valuable time. I had family at home waiting on me. As a customer My time is just as valuable as the others and the way that manager handled the situation reflected poorly on that establishment especially after the fact I had been patiently waiting the whole time observing vehicle after vehicle order and drive off . I don't understand what the point of curbside is when you have to wait 45 minutes because of that woman's poor excuse of management. Drove off late with time I'll never recover, empty handed, hungry, disappointed and dissatisfied Never returning to McAllen N.10th Street McDonald's.

  Disappointed this time around. The food,service and the restaurant itself was horrible. The restrooms were so dirty. Not good today. Sorry.

  Dear McDonald’s, if you’re going to have two ordering machines in a single lane why do you take the second car’s order before the first one? Make it make sense. Just use one, at this point it’s not expediting the process.

  Found mold in my food not just that but the customer service was bad not even the manager thought the matter was important enough to handle. I will most likely get food poisoning in a couple of days. I honestly wouldn't recommend this location 0/10

  The burger had moss in the bread. Cashier and Manager were so unprofessional, no one had name badges. very poor customer service.
