  Order not as I ordered even after telling them Samantha manager on duty on 03/15/2026 and today 03/22/2026 is very rude and laughed at my face on the 15th when I went up to tell them kids burger had no extra pickles liked I asked said she couldn't put more I told her I was going to pay for extra pickles I made complain online got a validation code said it would replace exact meal so I go today 03/22/2026 and again Samantha was rude practically raised her voice and wouldn't honor my code cause code was not for that.

  Manager refused an order and the employees are always distracted with small talk, no organization nor simple customer service is being practiced here, asked for a small cup of whip cream and was willing to pay for it, and flat out lied to my face and said they dont have any after serving me a mocha frappe with whip cream on it. Power tripping manager has nothing better to do than mess with customers and refused to take payment for it. What a joke of a company

  I just went to this golden arches thru the drivethru, and while ordering there was this guy at the other side of the speaker screaming to me to go home. When I asked them why would I go home, the girl who was attending me before said the guy was telling that to someone else. I continued ordering and upon getting to the window, there were 2 girls and one guy at the window, the guy was supposed on break and the other two working, but it seem they were just playing instead of being working. I just hope they are not playing with our food. If the guy is on a break, he shouldn't be using the headset to talk like that to the customers or to any other employee.

  Worst service ever. Literally takes an unacceptable amount of time to get your food while making everyone wait at the curbside. Kids with no adult supervision working the store just standing around and chilling like it’s no big deal. It’s a job for a reason. Find somewhere else to work if you just want to stand there.
