  Worst McDonald’s ever ordered one $5 meal deal at 5:12 and was waiting at the counter for 35 minutes. Constantly asking for an update on my order, they kept telling me it was coming or being made, and it never was. Ended up wasting my entire lunch break waiting on a food that they never made. Manager stepped in and said she was going to work on the order, Waited in additional five minutes and Nothing was made. Requested a refund. Worst experience ever. No one was even on the front registers to assist anyone.

  I live close by to this McDonald's and it's easy for me to drive here and get things fast. But that's the problem I'm better off going to a further McDonald's.... 7 out of 10 they forget about you when they park you... Multiple times I had to get down and ask for my food. When you do get down it's like no one wants to work. They are always forgetting things in the order and when you ask them ... Well they think you are lying. If I could stay away from this McDonald's I probably would. Service is not great and management seems to be non existent to fix the issue. You can also stand there and employees just look at you and continue doing what they are doing. This McDonald's needs a dam overhaul of management and maybe employees.

  I ordered curbside in the app ahead of time, after 15 min I called the place to ask if they were going to take longer than 10 min because I didn't have enough time to wait and was told the order was getting ready already. I waited another ten min and my order was not out. I called again to cancel because I couldn't wait any longer. They took longer than 30 min and I left. On top of that my order wasn't ready, they didn't do a refund because the order was processing, they just gave me credit for next time. Next time? No thank you.

  I went to this McDonalds and wanted to redeem an iced coffee with the app and they wanted to charge me full price the lady clearly lacked skill in doing her job my husband also wanted to redeem and ice cream with our app and we ended up leaving since she wanted to charge us full price. Horrible customer service. And terrible experience in that McDonalds it will be the first and last time I go to that McDonald’s. I don’t recommend this McDonald’s at all .

  Again if I could give it 0 stars I would. I wish people would stop going there but it so convenient to me. Ok food, ok prices. This joint is full of incompetent workers. Ordered senior coffee, 8 creams, 1 sugar on the side. Gave code for 2 dll sandwich , gave the pick of sandwich and added a sausage biscuit.easy right? The drive thru person kept on asking anything else? Anything else? I tell him well I gave you a code for the sandwich and you haven’t gotten my choice for said sandwich. Hmm, so what is it? The sass which, what is it? I let him know. I tell him I want a sausage buiscuit as well . Anything else? No, that’s it. Ok . He did not give me my total. We drive to the window and he is just standing there looking at us . I ask my total. Paid.Got our food, gave me about 20 packs of sugar no creamer. ??? I told the drive thru girl on the side 8 creamers 1 sugar. Takes the little bag back. They gave me back 5 creamers about 10 more packs of sugar. They had added to my charges an oatmeal.I want to speak o manager. He comes to window, I explain what happened and he says so he got everything right just the oatmeal you didn’t order? That is is. He sounded annoyed. They girl on the window which gave me everything wrong was even more annoyed. Then came the sandwhiches. They were opened up and cold. They gave me no hot sauce . I had to get off and Nahul came to help. Told him my sanwchih was cold and I needed another hot sauce. He apologized and told me he would make me another one. He did proceeded to give it to me in a bag and a hot sauce. He added a napkin. He apologized again and went back to work. I want to make it clear. The was another lady waiting to be helped and they ignored her as they did me. I guess that is when Nahul notice and came to our rescue. They treat you as if correcting an order is a huge favor. Steer away from this place unless like me it is convenient. Nahul is the only person there that cares and is competent.That is how I got my sandwhiches, cold and almost naked.
