I always purchase a bouquet of flowers from them on a weekly basis and on this particular visit the flowers went bad in one day. I took pictures of the flowers and showed them to Lupita one of the employees at the floral department and she was very understanding, she apologized for the situation and immediately corrected it. I am very content with the customer service that was provided and will continue to purchase from this establishment.
