I always order something for my husband through the app and my husband picks it up and he will just grab his chips and drink himself. Today I ordered SunChips for him through the app and when he went to reach for Cheetos some woman yelled at him in front of other guests like he’s a child and told him the order said SunChips not Cheetos. First off don’t ever yell at my man like he’s a child. You have a job because of customers like him. Secondly his sister is a general manager for subway in San Antonio and she confirmed it doesn’t affect y’all’s inventory it just says chips. If you don’t want to deal with customer service get out of that job, either way don’t ever yell at a grown man like the chips will be coming out of your own pocket.
