- AMArely MedinaJan 1, 20261.0Terrible experiensa, vamos cada año Por 4 años para celebrar año nuevo y esta vez fue una verdadera burla , gente discutiendo , meseros tomando partido por gente problemática igual que ellos , nuestra mesa fue olvidada por atender a personas que simplemente no saben respetar , no se si era por que conocían a alguien pero es aberrante el comportamiento de todos , especialmente porque vi como le faltaban el tespeto a una señora de la tercera edad y nadie hizo nada, mi familia escuchando como hablaban y se expresaban de manera vulgar , todo el servicio fue pésimo , el mesero incluso estaba atrás de nosotros sentado en la mesa de las personas que se portaron mal y como si nada nos olvidó , tuvimos que pedir la cuenta , nos paramos a pedir que nos atendieran 3 veces ,no se si mi comentario sirva pero este lugar ya no es el de antes 😟

Unfortunately, the service really disappointed us. Our wait times were extremely long, and the overall pace felt very slow from start to finish. This was especially frustrating because we were there celebrating my friend’s birthday, and it took away from what should’ve been a special experience. I genuinely want to come back for the food, but the service needs serious improvement. With better timing and attentiveness, this place could be great all around.
