Schon beim Eintreten wurde ich herzlich empfangen, und der Service war während des gesamten Abends aufmerksam, freundlich und sehr professionell. Eric war stets darum bemüht mich zu versorgen. Als Vorspeise hatte ich Brisket mit geschmolzenem Käse – ein Traum! Zartes, aromatisch geräuchertes Fleisch, perfekt abgeschmeckt und wunderbar cremig durch den Käse. Genau die richtige Kombination aus würzig und herzhaft. Als Hauptgang wählte ich ein Ribeye-Steak mit Süßkartoffelpommes – und das war einfach fantastisch. Das Steak war auf den Punkt gegart, außen leicht kross, innen butterzart und saftig. Die Süßkartoffelpommes dazu war wunderbar frisch, mit einer leichten Süße, die perfekt mit dem intensiven Fleischgeschmack harmonierte. Auch das Ambiente hat mir sehr gefallen – gemütlich, rustikal und trotzdem elegant. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und merkt, dass hier Qualität und Gastfreundschaft an erster Stelle stehen. Fazit: Ein echtes Highlight für Steakliebhaber! Hervorragendes Essen, toller Service und ein stimmiges Ambiente.
