  Every time I pick up, I’m served with the worst attitude from the manager. She’s extremely condescending and is petty enough to argue with you instead of helping find a solution. This place just opened and while the food is good, I always second guess ordering because of how annoying and rude she is in the little time I spend with her in the drive thru

  I’ve visited before and had a horrible experience with one of the managers, never wanted to return. Friends of mine were going to meet up and they decided Panera, I gave it a shot again. Well nothing has changed but just now more of my colleagues will not return either. I asked one of the employees her name and they were hesitant but decided to tell me. Shauna is her name and she has the worst attitude for any type of service, very rude and unprofessional, we then heard her asking people to do a google review on her because she’s going to be fired and needed help. Well here I am, thank you Shauna for reminding me I can come here and review you!!

  Awesome food and service they go above and beyond to make sure customers have pleasant experience! We have never had any issues with the staff nor the food always excellent service and food is always prompt! Love the broccoli cheddar soup with side of portioned baked bread and the salads are AMAZING! Love the variety of salads, apupa& sandwiches! Sure beats having to cook dinner all the time! Panera at 29 shops is a true lifesaver for breakfast, lunch @ dinner! So many options me we get bored! The place is cordial, easy going& friendly. As the old saying goes treat others with respect and the same will be returned to you. It’s a great place ro relax and converse with friends and family!

  Horrible customer service from Shawna the Manager. My daughters and I had been wanting to make time to have lunch at Panera. Which I was excited to have this time with my daughters and looking forward to great food and enjoyable time. Our experience with Shawna ruined our lunch, the way she treated us with may I dare say racism for being Hispanic truly ruined what was supposed to be a nice lunch. We placed our order, gave my name for when the order was ready to be called out. I must add the customer behind us happened to be American. Well we kept an eye on the bar where the food was placed and constantly paying attention for my name. We saw 3 plates set out that appeared to be ours but my name was never called, so we assumed they were missing an item and this was the reason they hadn’t called us. About 4- 6 minutes later two plates go next to the ones we assume are ours which they were. Shawna loudly, clearly and with a nice customer tone called out that order which belonged to the American customer behind us. We decided to approach the area and asked if those were our plates and if were they maybe missing and item. To which Shawna replied with an attitude nothing is missing from this order and I have been calling your name multiple times. To which I said no you haven’t because we have been paying attention and looking this way. She said once again with a rude tone YES I DID AND MULTIPLE TIMES. There was 3 of us listening and paying attention to being called I am 100% certain she didn’t call my name. Based on the bad reviews Shawna has an attitude problem and is racist towards Hispanics. The Valley has about 95% Hispanic Community, Panera do better and get rid of SHAWNA.
