- KFKenny Francis5 days ago5.0Went on Tuesday evening with my household, just before dinner. Management and the staff were amazing! Friendly and attentive, and were super willing to help us out. My roommate was sitting at a table with sun in her eyes, and the manager coordinated which blinds he was lowering to ensure she was comfortable. The food was great. I don't usually go to Panera, so I don't have a baseline to compare to, but everything was fresh and delicious, especially their current special: a dippable ciabatta sandwich. I don't usually go to these types of places as I'm not really a "soup, salad, and sandwich" type of person, but I would definitely go again.

The first time I went there everything was perfect, lovely employees delicious food. the second time I went there in the evening, I took this picture of very filty floor and I didn't think I'll post this. I wanted to know if they will come out to clean it or not. I was there for the whole 1 hour but no one came out to clean the floor. There were not many customer in that hour. The employees should often come out to check the floor. The third time I went there was yesterday. I didn't dress up nice and I was there with my daughter. I may looked like a homeless or so. But I don't think I need to dress pretty to just have a breakfast with my daughter in my neighborhood. The thing is that all of the employees are not so happy to work. Faces and voices are not welcoming except one white girl in the kitchen. I saw a girl who works there was a sweet employees. She has short colored hair with tattoo, but please cover hickeys on your neck girl. I'll pray for you guys who are not happy with their job there. I hope you're day is better.
