My roommate was sitting at a table with sun in her eyes, and the manager coordinated which blinds he was lowering to ensure she was comfortable. The food was great. I don't usually go to Panera, so I don't have a baseline to compare to, but everything was fresh and delicious, especially their current special: a dippable ciabatta sandwich. I don't usually go to these types of places as I'm not really a "soup, salad, and sandwich" type of person, but I would definitely go again.
