- MAMarcus AnthonyDec 18, 20252.0I don't know what happened to the quality of meat, but I ordered 3 fajita tacos and one steak & fajita bowl. The fajita was so chewy it was almost inedible. The flame grilled steak was fatty and not tender. I'd honestly consider going back to the marinated meat and besides it being overcooked and probably inside skirt steak for how chewy it was. Skirt steak in general needs to be marinated. Thanks for the offer.

The batter on the shrimp was a little salty but it was the best taco of the bunch our second favorite was the uptown funk. I would definitely order those again I just wish they gave us extra sauce on the side.

I politely asked if I could replace it with another taco I’ve had before and liked. Instead of offering a simple exchange, the worker told me she needed to taste it herself before deciding if it could be refunded. She then came back saying it “tasted fine” and kept asking me over and over, “Well what was wrong with it?” even after I explained that the meat tasted bad as soon as I bit into it. The lack of customer service was honestly shocking. A small replacement taco would’ve fixed the problem, but instead they made me feel uncomfortable and dismissed. They lost a customer over something that could have been handled so easily. Hopefully this review helps other customers know what to expect. I won’t be returning.

But there’s been the annoyance of their menu that hasn’t been updated in months. When you walk in, they have a digital menu that you stand and look at to see your options. It’s very unfortunate that when you go order and they say the item isn’t available anymore. Then you look at the menu again and order something else. Then they say that that item isn’t available either. It’s very annoying. If they don't have it on their menu, they should either update the digital menu or cover up the unavailable items to save people time and annoyances. I wasn’t going to post anything but even the cashier looked to be getting annoyed with us but it wasn’t even our fault. Please update your menu.
