  Mikhuna was an amazing fine dining experience. Chef Carlos delivered beautifully crafted dishes, and the sushi was incredibly fresh and flavorful. The chicken empanadas were my absolute favorite — perfectly crispy and packed with flavor. Millie at the bar was fantastic and made great cocktail recommendations. Exceptional food, service, and atmosphere. Highly recommend!

  We hosted our PI seminar at Mikhuna and it was a great experience from start to finish. Misael took care of us the entire night and his attention to detail was on point. He made sure everything flowed smoothly and that our guests were well taken care of. Gina was amazing from the beginning, she helped with the quote, reserving the date, and made the planning process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend Mikhuna for business events. Professional, organized, and great service.

  Restaurant Review We picked Mikhuna to celebrate our 29th wedding anniversary. We showed up on time for our reservation and were promptly directed to our table. Frankly immediately made us feel welcome, helped with our drink order, and made appetizer recommendations. We decided to order the tostones sevichados, and they were delicious. Misael made sure we were having a good time and ensured everything was going well. He asked if we were celebrating something, and we told him about our 29th anniversary. He spoke with Frankly and then took our order. We had the tacu tacu ribeye and crunchy mango suchi toll. Later, a photographer took our picture, and we received an amazing desert. Thank you, Misael and Frankly, for making our celebration so special.

  One of the best experiences I have had since I’ve been in the McAllen area. Phenomenal food, Above and beyond service, Amazing ambience Every bit of ceviche I had was as fresh as could be cold and absolutely wonderful. I sat at the bar by myself and Top-notch Service.! Milli Was my bartender and she was phenomenal. She explained everything I had a question with and recommended some of the best foods to me. The espresso martini was one of the best I’ve had in the country! I could not get enough!

  Taste. Atmosphere. Service. In that order. The food is exceptional - get the yucca appetizer. We loved these on the old menu and so knew we would enjoy it when we came back. They revamped the yucca fries and they are INCREDIBLE. My husband, “This is the best thing I have ever tasted.” We loved our entrees. The atmosphere is moody. I appreciate the small lights at each table with the dim lighting in the room. It allows for an intimate dinner. The kitchen is open concept, which is exciting and interesting to watch! Our server, Franki, was wonderful as well as the manager, Misael. They both took time to explain the menu items and guide us in our entire choices. The red wine was delightful and my husbands old fashion (yes, I stole a sip!) deep with flavor. We will definitely return. Love.
