  It's fast food but lacks customer service care ANY THING ELSE. IS NOT ONLY RUDE. BUT BAD MANNERS at its worst. This causes employers been uncomfortable with customer service. It's shows quick services and leaves me thinking im taking MCDONALD'S time. It's plain rude.

  This food was cold and they always put the wrong things in our bag when we order Togo and we have to go back to get it fixed. Every time we clearly state what we want and repeat it at the window to make sure the order is right and at the second window is when they mess up. Absolutely awful.

  Very disappointed. Took three times to get my daughter's ice-cream because the employee kept touching the cone with their bare hands. Very unsanitary. In fact, he was teaching the cashier how to make the cone and she put her bare hands on the cone as well. This is disgusting I politely asked the employee to wear gloves.
