  I stopped by almost an hour before closing drive up to the drive thru but never got helped. After like 2/3 minutes I drove up to the window thinking maybe it’s not working or they’re busy. I could see two workers just chit chatting and I tried to get their attention since I could see them and they didn’t even bother to turn around completely ignored me. Like first of all why would you close practically and hour early but if you made that decision the least you could do is be respectful of the customer and acknowledge that they are right in front of you.

  Pésimo servicio por en drive true y pedido en linea siempre me hace falta algo Ami pedido las órdenes mal y cambiadas o les hace falta algo los chicos de mal humor uno no quiere ser grosero pero que hacer cuando tú pedido está mal

  Super bad costumer service if you don’t want to deal with people or don’t want to work don’t apply to fast food places or restaurants we where not even done with our order and they will interrupt while still ordering. Im super sure they do train them to have costumer service skills. Plus they where saying that there was NOBODY in the first window that they always have someone that takes payment but today they didn’t. Plus all this they still manage to mess up our order.

  Made a mobile order, went up to drive thru to say my code. Lady that attended me at the drive thru was being super rude. Than asked me hat I ordered instead of asking for my code. She said she needed to know what I ordered because they were having problems with the grill. Went up to drive thru window, I asked for help on how to get a refund. She said that she couldn’t do anything about it. She gave me so much attitude

  When i received my coffee via curbside, i noticed it was too white, looking like more like milk, didn't even taste like coffee, tasted like water and sugar, went back in to exchange it and they gave me another coffee that was the same, just left in frustration, no wonder the establishment was empty
